Ffynnon Wen, which means ‘White Springs’ in Welsh (there are several controlled springs that flow around the property), is a former dairy farm owned by the current family since 1974.  The original house is likely to date back to around 1800 and one of the barns has 1850 carved into a beam. The original tiny farmhouse was pulled down long ago, a fig tree now stands in its place and the stone salvaged from the foundations makes up much of the dry stone walling found around the property. The barn conversion was done in stages over 35 years with the last development in 2008 and there is a further traditional barn that has scope for conversion subject to the necessary permissions.

The property is currently vacant and therefore a swift completion can be accommodated.

The property lies about one mile from the village of Capel Isaac close to the popular market town of Llandeilo which offers a good range of day to day shops and amenities. More comprehensive facilities can be found in Carmarthen and there is good access to the M4 motorway at Pont Abraham.
